Agate Bay Pier and Swim Club

One of the benefits of owning a home in Agate Bay is access to the Agate Pier and Swim Club. Homes that include this membership enjoy an increase in market value upwards of $65K. This depends on the type of membership which can include full access to all amenities or access to the pool.

Agate Bay is a great location, surrounded by nearby hiking trails, which are perfect for cross country skiing and snowmobiling during winter. Membership in the Agate Pier and Swim Club provides summer access to a swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts and a private pier. Not all homes in Agate Bay have access to membership. It is important to verify when searching for available homes for sale in Agate Bay.

Tier One of the club membership includes access to the swimming pool and tennis courts. Tier Two includes swimming pool, tennis courts and the use of the pier and possible buoy rentals when available.

The club membership can be purchased separately, however there are currently no memberships available without having it come with a house. These amenities definitely increase summer enjoyment of Lake Tahoe homeownership. I recently sold a home on Dodowah that came with this access and it sold in 4 days!

I sold this larger ranch style, three bedroom two bath home in the beginning of 2021. It boasted a large and level 1/3rd acre lot.  This home sold for $747,150 without the Agate Bay Club amenities.
